what is on the horizon for Miami?

I was born with cerebral palsy and have spent my life navigating the world in a power wheelchair. Growing up, I devoured romance novels searching for someone who looked like me—a heroine who was desired, powerful, imperfect, complicated, and worthy of being the center of an unforgettable love story that went a little beyond a g-rated fairytale.

She didn’t exist.

So I wrote her.

I mean be honest do you think Christian would have gave Ana a second look if she were in a wheelchair?

No because society hasn’t granted him permission too not even in fiction… and that is the problem for those of us doing life on 6 wheels.
